You look like you’ve got it together. A steady career. A beautiful family. Maybe you even eat “healthy” most days.
But when no one’s watching, food feels like your secret struggle.
You swing between control and chaos—white-knuckling through another “clean eating” streak, then collapsing into a binge. The shame hits hard. The self-judgment is louder. And deep down, you’re asking:
“What’s wrong with me?”
I’ve been there.
I’m Jane—and I help women like you heal emotional eating from the inside out. No shame. No rules. Just deep, lasting freedom built on compassion, somatic wisdom, and subconscious healing.
When My Wake-Up Call Came
It was just another binge. A whole bag of chocolates. That familiar wave of hopelessness, disgust, and confusion. I picked up the phone, sobbing.
But my best friend’s voice was shaking—he’d just witnessed a fatal accident.
In that moment, something cracked open. My spiral collided with mortality. I knew I couldn’t keep doing this. I needed real healing.
The Hidden Struggle (even as a trainer)
At the time, I was a personal trainer and weight management coach. On paper, I had it all together. But behind closed doors, I was locked in the same all-or-nothing eating patterns as my clients.
They hit the same wall I did. Diets worked—until they didn’t. Progress dissolved into self-sabotage.
I knew it wasn’t about willpower. Something deeper was going on.
What Changed Everything
I began studying psychotherapy. That’s where I discovered the concept of subpersonalities—the inner parts of us that pull in different directions.
Most emotional eaters carry two dominant parts:

The "All" Part: a perfectionist with rigid rules.

The "Nothing" Part: the rebel who wants comfort, freedom, escape.
These parts battle endlessly. Until you learn to disidentify from them and anchor into something deeper.
The Inner War: "All" vs. "Nothing"
Through my training in parts work, I learned to step out of these parts and into the role of the compassionate observer—the Self. The one who can listen without getting hijacked.
That’s when real change began.
From Fragmented to Free.
I hold a degree in Psychotherapy and have trained in hypnotherapy, somatic embodiment, holistic coaching, and parts work. But what qualifies me most is living this journey.
I’ve walked the spiral. I know the shame, the starts and stops, the silent war.
And I know how it feels to come home to yourself—for real.
Since then, I’ve integrated a wide range of powerful methods - somatic healing, breathwork, visualization, self-compassion practices, belief reprogramming, mindfulness, and more.
